At Sooke, we offer test rides at our ambassador locations (subject to weather conditions). Test rides are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and can be availed without a prior appointment. PRODUCT INFO

For the first charge, it is recommended to charge the battery for 8 hours or more to achieve optimal performance for the lithium-ion battery. After the first full charge, partial or incomplete charging is acceptable as the battery does not need to be fully charged to function properly. Avoid overcharging the battery, so do not exceed 15 hours of charging time. Also, do not leave the charger plugged into the wall socket for more than 24 hours.

To maintain the battery's health, we recommend charging it after each ride. If the bike is not ridden for an extended period, it is crucial to recharge the battery every 60-90 days to prevent deterioration. Avoid storing the product with a depleted battery for more than 24 hours to prevent deep discharge, as deep discharge can have a negative impact on the battery's long-term performance.

Charge the battery at a temperature around 20°C or 68°F for optimal results.

Operate the battery within the temperature range of -5°C to 40°C (23°F to 104°F) only.

For storage, keep the battery at temperatures between -10°C to 40°C (14°F to 104°F). Storing it at room temperature, around 68°F (20°C), can help maximize its shelf life.

Avoid exposing the battery to high temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods of time, such as leaving it on the back of a car in direct sunlight.

Never expose the battery to water. In the event of accidental submersion, safely and immediately dispose of the battery at an appropriate hazardous e-waste facility drop-off location. DO NOT USE THE BATTERY.

Avoid exposing the battery to extreme electrical shock.

To put it simply, a 5A charger is faster at charging your battery because it allows more current to flow through to charge the battery. The 5A charger and 2A-48V charger are compatible with Sooke SK01 which can be purchased by contacting the Support Team support@sookeglobal.com

Generally, sea freight takes about 25-30 business days to deliver the product to your address.

If you need to modify your delivery but your package is already en route, you should contact the appropriate customer support for your shipping carrier.
