Steps:

  1. After your successful purchase of TRIFLYTER ONE and upon receipt of the product.
  2. Please send the installment certificate of the credit card transaction to the official Sooke email address ([official email address]).
  3. Simultaneously, we will refund the corresponding amount to your original payment account, or please provide a receiving account for the subsidy, including the recipient's name and PayPal or bank account information (transaction fees incurred will be borne by the buyer).

Yes, we support worldwide shipping by sea.

We will make sure to implement an email notification system to inform you when your order has been shipped.

When you receive the shipping notification email, you can generally expect to receive the goods within 25-30 business days. We currently use sea freight for shipping from China, which may take some time due to the transportation process. Rest assured, we will do our best to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your order.

The motor, battery, and controller are covered by a one-year warranty, while hardware and rubber consumables are covered by a three-month warranty. If any part is out of warranty, you can purchase official accessories and follow the repair tutorials to replace it. Alternatively, you can visit a local service center for replacement and repair.

Currently, installment payments are not available. We primarily support PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact.

We have full confidence in the quality of our products and offer refunds before the order has been shipped. Due to its powerful motor, the Livid Bull is not recommended for use by minors.

The TRIFLYTER ONE features a rubber anti-slip pad covering the footboard surface.

Riding in heavy rain is not recommended as the road can become slippery and visibility may be obstructed.

TRIFLYTER ONE does not currently come with an app control feature. Please stay tuned for future versions and updates.

We will introduce maintenance accessories and optional modification kits for the TRIFLYTER ONE in the near future.

We will provide matching off-road tires, snow tires, road tires, and all-terrain tires for TRIFLYTER ONE.
