Shipping policy

When purchasing vehicles from SOOKE, please provide your readily accessible email and phone number. Our logistics company will use your phone number to call and schedule the delivery. Once the shipping plan is confirmed, you will receive a shipping email with tracking information and updates.

Oversea Delivery

For transportation of SOOKE vehicles, we will initially use sea freight, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 28 - 45 business days. We plan to establish warehouses in the United States and Europe in the future to improve delivery efficiency.

Shipping Time

Usually ships within 7-10 business days after purchase, excluding weekends or holidays.

Accessories and Tires: Usually ships within 1-3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

We ships door to door with a logistics company. Delivery time is 25-30 business days depending on location and availability. Our vehicles ships nearly completely assembled, making the final assembly process a breeze! If you have any questions, please contact our support team at support@sookeglobal.com.

Accessories and Tires: These will ship via UPS ground or USPS, depending on shipping time and address. For cost, please see the respective product page. (Batteries are excluded)

Note: Due to the special logistics channel for batteries, returns/exchanges are not supported after purchase.
